Make no mistake - Kana takes the issues it presents and doesn't pull any punches with them. Among the issues that Kana deals with are sex (there's hentai content), forbidden love, and death. Why? Put quite simply, the issues it deals with are simply too sensitive for some people to deal with. However, it also isn't a game for everyone.
